Offer Validity

This promotional offer is valid only for bookings made on or before December 15, 2025.
Booking must be completed through the official website: neohomes.co

Eligibility

Applicable only for new bookings made for NEO Homes properties.
Existing residents wishing to extend can avail the offer only with a fresh contract meeting the required tenure.
The offer is valid subject to room availability.

Offer Structure

12-Month Plan: Pay for 12 months and receive 1 additional month (30 days) stay free.
6-Month Plan: Pay for 6 months and receive 15 days stay free.
The extra days will be added at the end of the booking tenure.
Free days cannot be split, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

Booking Requirements

The resident must complete:
Online booking form
ID verification
Payment of security deposit
Advance/monthly payment as per NEO Homes policy
Booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of confirmation from NEO Homes.

Payment Terms

Standard payment schedule applies as per the selected plan.
Offer is valid only if the resident remains in good financial standing (no dues).
If the resident defaults on payments, the free extra days benefit will be void.

Cancellations & Refunds

If the booking is cancelled before move-in, the offer becomes invalid.
If the resident vacates before completing the paid tenure:
Free extra days will not be applicable.
Standard refund rules apply (security deposit refunds, notice period, etc.).

Early Move-Out

If the resident leaves before the end of the paid term, the free days are forfeited.
No partial adjustment or financial compensation will be provided for unused free days.

Transfer & Replacement

The offer is non-transferable between properties, rooms, or individuals.
In case of room change within the same property (approved by management), the offer continues.

Misuse or Fraud

NEO Homes reserves the right to reject or withdraw the offer if:
False information was provided during booking
Payment irregularities occur
Terms and conditions are violated

Modification Rights

NEO Homes reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
Bookings confirmed before modification remain valid under the terms active at the time of booking.

Scaffolding / Additional Services

Any additional services not included in the PG package (e.g., special room requests, add-ons) may be chargeable and are not covered under the offer.

Final Decision

In case of dispute, the decision of NEO Homes management shall be final and binding.
