NEO Homes Refer & Earn Program – Terms & Conditions

At NEO Homes, we value our community of residents and their continued support. Our Refer & Earn Program is designed to reward you for helping others find a comfortable, safe, and convenient place to stay. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the program.
1. Eligibility
The Refer & Earn Program is open to all current and former residents of NEO Homes.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Employees, partners, or associates of NEO Homes may not be eligible to participate unless expressly permitted by management.
2. How the Program Works
Share your referral name or code with friends, colleagues, or family members who are looking for accommodation in Noida.
The referred person must mention your name or referral code when inquiring or booking a stay with NEO Homes.
Once the referred person completes a minimum of one month’s stay and the payment is verified, your referral will be considered successful.
For each successful referral, you can earn up to ₹1000 in the form of cashback, rent discount, or a gift voucher, depending on the ongoing offer and the referred guest’s room type or duration of stay.
3. Reward Details
The reward amount is subject to variation based on factors such as room category, booking duration, and payment plan.
Rewards are credited within 15 working days after the referred guest’s first month stay is successfully completed and verified.
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless specified by NEO Homes.
NEO Homes reserves the right to determine the exact form of the reward (e.g., rent discount, UPI cashback, or gift voucher).
4. Referral Validity
The referred person must be a new customer who has never stayed at any NEO Homes property before.
If multiple participants refer the same person, the referral will be credited to the participant whose reference was received first by the NEO Homes team.
There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make, provided each referral meets the eligibility criteria.
5. Disqualification
NEO Homes reserves the right to reject or cancel any referral if:
False, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.
Fraudulent or unethical activity is detected.
The referred person cancels the booking or discontinues their stay before the minimum one-month period.
Any violation of these Terms & Conditions is observed.
6. Modification or Termination
NEO Homes reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Refer & Earn Program at any time without prior notice.
Any modification or update to these Terms & Conditions will be effective immediately upon publication on the official NEO Homes website.
7. Liability
NEO Homes shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay, or technical issue arising from participation in the program.
All decisions made by NEO Homes management regarding eligibility, reward amount, and dispute resolution will be final and binding.
8. Privacy
All personal information collected for the program will be used solely for verification and communication purposes related to the Refer & Earn initiative.
NEO Homes ensures that participant details remain confidential and are handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
